A general contractor that does its own work
Most homeowners find us after a bad experience: a contractor who won the bid, then disappeared behind a rotating cast of subcontractors. Nobody could answer a straight question about the schedule because nobody owned it.
We built ProCare the other way around. Roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinetry, and finish work all sit under one roof, on one payroll, answering to one project manager. When you ask when the tile is going in, you get an answer, not a phone tree.
That structure is also why we take on full-scope projects rather than small repairs. A whole crew is worth deploying on a renovation; it is not worth deploying on a leaking faucet.

A realistic budget range up front beats a low bid and a change order six weeks later. If a project is not a fit for us, we say so and point you elsewhere.
