A family builder, licensed since 2008
ProCare is a family-owned general contractor working across Central Florida, from Cape Coral to Jacksonville.
We started in 2008 managing bank-owned assets, then moved into construction after the recession: private renovations first, then full-scale remodeling, additions and ground-up custom homes for families across Central Florida.

Renovations, additions & new home builds
One licensed contractor accountable for the whole job. The estimate you sign is the invoice you pay, with change orders cleared by you first.
Kitchen renovations
Cabinets, countertops, tile, lighting and layout changes, coordinated with the plumbing and electrical so the whole room lands on schedule.
Bathroom renovations
Tile, glass, vanities, fixtures and waterproofing, from targeted updates to a full gut and rebuild, all done to code.
Full house renovations
Whole-home remodels from demo to final finishes, on one scope and one schedule across every room and trade.
Additions
Room, living-space and second-story additions tied cleanly into the existing structure, fully permitted and inspected.
Full home builds
Ground-up custom homes, from site prep and foundation through framing, finishes and final walkthrough.

How we run every job
Four phases, in order, with one point of contact the whole way through. You always know what happens next and what it costs.
Property assessment
We walk the site, document conditions and photograph everything before we price a thing.
Written estimate
A line-item scope and a fixed price. The invoice matches it, and change orders get your sign-off first.
Build
One point of contact, working to the dates we gave you.
Final walkthrough
We punch the list with you and it is not done until you say it is.
